Why should I hire you?

The number 1 reason is experience. I don’t just mean that we have managed to stay in business for a number of years and sold hundreds of houses… I mean true unfiltered, roll up the sleeves and hands-on kind of experience.

Our team has been heavily involved in many different categories of Real Estate. We have built homes from start to finish, we have “flipped” and completely remodelled homes, we have had rental portfolios, and MOST importantly, We have had to sell our own product!

As a seller myself several times over, I really didn’t like the traditional way my houses were being represented. From the old generic brokerage sign, printed spec sheets and Multiple Listing Service (MLS). There had to be a better way. If I was feeling this way, then I am sure other sellers must have been feeling the same.

So after 14 years, I decided to start over.

In 2017 I built a new brand that I felt would represent the class, integrity, professionalism and ability to showcase the property to the absolute best of its class. We want our clients to feel like they are at an all-inclusive with the butler service.

In every interview with a seller we discuss the 3 main pillars of a listing:
1) Price

We establish pricing with you the seller, by reviewing live listings, recent sales and current market conditions. We work with you to arrive at the list price.

2) Marketing Plan

I can’t give out all the ingredients here, but I always look forward to showing how much more we do than the average agent. A few things we do offer are Professional Cleaning, Professional Staging (or just a consultation depending on the property), Professional Photography, 360 Room Views with a virtual walk-around tour of the home, and Drone Video so the Buyers really feel the experience. We want your house to look it’s absolute best! This is when the magic happens. We are not a reactive team (we don’t sit back and wait for the buyers). We are a proactive Team – We go get your buyers and walk them through your front door. It’s targeted and strategic (this part has to be explained in person). We want to stack offers on your table and squeeze every last penny from the market!

3) Commission Discussion

Everything we do is transparent. We want you to be so impressed with the experience you received with us that you tell all your friends and family about your success, the customer service you received and the constant communication.
